The dog’s operator advised investigators that Nelson was in the backyard when he attacked her pet that she had just allow outside. Investigators reported the operator informed them that the dog will not like Nelson from previous encounters but stated Nelson’s attack was unprovoked. Nelson told them that he was just sitting down in the lawn when the pet dog bit him in the upper body.
